The project International Airport Montello, by the artist collective e-team, involved the purchase of land in a remote area of Nevada, and the attempt to revive an abandoned airstrip, with the enthusiastic participation of the citizens of the nearby town of Montello. e-team, a multimedia group based in New York that includes Hajoe Moderegger and Franziska Lamprecht, were Wendover residents in 2004.
